     Schedule of Fees

•      Only $49 Independent Agent Annual Membership fee paid in full at the beginning.
•      For each sale, $299 Broker Transaction Fee is charged at the closing.
•      $49 Broker Transaction Fee is charged for each residential lease.
•      Agent pays $45 Errors and Omission Fee for each transaction 
•      IF NO TRANSACTION, THE TOTAL COST TO AN AGENT IS only $49 membership fee.
•      There is no commission split, AGENT KEEPS ALL THE COMMISSION.
•      Agents may get paid at the closing table directly (with CDA prepared ahead).

   New Agent Signup Process

1. PRINT, FILL OUT AND SIGN “TREC Sponsoring Broker Change” form (link below),
2. Include $20.00 money order payable to “TREC” for brokerage change,
3. Include your $49.00 money order payable to “Horizon Realty USA”,
4. Mail it or drop it to the following location;

5. Horizon Realty USA Representative will call you to set up a time to come in and sign your independent agent agreement. (Each Saturday from 10:00AM to 12:00Noon, there will be a “New Agent Orientation Session” held at the office. No appointment needed for this session, please be on time, the forms will be available at the office.
